1. Nitrile rubber NBR auxiliary mechanical seal O-ring: a synthetic rubber made by copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile, which has good oil resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance and air tightness, but ozone resistance , Electrical insulation and cold resistance are relatively poor. (Excellent corrosion resistance to mineral oil, animal and vegetable oils and fat hydrocarbons, widely used in contact with gasoline and other oil equipment, can resist alkali and non-oxidizing dilute acid corrosion, not resistant to oxidizing acid {nitric acid, chromic acid} , Aromatic hydrocarbons, greases, ketones, ethers, halogenated hydrocarbons, so it is rarely used as a material for the auxiliary seal 'O' ring of mechanical seals)

Applicable temperature: -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃. Powdered Nitrile Rubber (PNBR): New product developed in accordance with different uses.

2. EPDM rubber for mechanical seal: It is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and non-conjugated diene (the mechanical seal ‘O’ ring is hardly used for this material)

3. Fluorine rubber (FPM2602, F26) for mechanical seals: with high temperature resistance, oil resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali and strong corrosive medium (common materials for mechanical seal ‘O’ rings)

Applicable temperature: -7 ℃ ~ 175 ℃

4. Butyl rubber HR: This material is hardly used for mechanical seal ‘O’ rings

Common materials for mechanical seal 'O' ring: fluorine rubber (FKM), perfluorinated rubber (FFKM), nitrile rubber (NBR), double-layer PTFE-coated fluororubber, double-layer PTFE-coated ethylene-propylene rubber, flexible graphite.
