O-Ring Seals

O-Ring Seals also known as a packing or a toric joint, is a mechanical gasket in the shape of a torus. And it is a loop of elastomer with a round cross-section, designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface. O-Ring Seals are usually utilized in mechanical systems to seal various kinds of liquid and air flows. These are mounted into the grooves or cavities of the system, where they deform to keep any air or fluid from getting away.
